Why not hire a consultancy for strategy and a design firm for execution?
This is how most organisations have traditionally worked. The issue is what happens in between. Strategy is defined by one team, then handed to a design firm that was not part of its development. Design is then passed to contractors who were not part of its rationale. At each handoff, intent degrades. You are positioning as strategy-heavy. Do you still have serious design and delivery capability?
We do. Our work has been recognised with more than 60 international design awards, including IPA distinctions. Our delivery capability includes full project and construction management. The difference is not capability, but intent. Design decisions are guided by strategy. Delivery is governed by it. The result is solutions that are not only compelling, but that perform. We operate as an international practice, with an active presence in Dubai and projects across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar. Our teams are multicultural, and we collaborate with local experts in every market. More importantly, our Strategy phase integrates cultural, regulatory, and market context from the start. For example, in our Qassim University project, we combined local sensibilities with international best practices. You benefit from global experience, applied with local understanding.
Is an integrated approach more expensive than bidding strategy and design separately?
In practice, clients often spend less overall and achieve better results. Separate contracts create duplication. Strategy is reinterpreted. Misalignment leads to costly corrections. Time is lost in coordination. With STIRIXIS, one team eliminates duplication, reduces friction, and maintains alignment throughout. Cost is only part of the equation. The real measure is performance. Do you actually execute the full delivery, or do you just advise and hand off?
We deliver fully. Our Delivery phase includes project management, construction management, cost control, and coordination through to handover. This is not outsourced. The same team that defines the strategy and shapes the design ensures it is built as intended. We then return through the Evolution phase to verify performance and adjust where needed. We do not stop at advice. We carry through to results.
