Your Directors Club (YDC), the exclusive community of C-level executives and senior leaders in Athens, is entering its next phase of development.
Its founder, Georgia Kartsanis, has entrusted the continuation and management of the Club to Alex Athanassoulas, who assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer. The transfer of YDC was formally completed on 1 October 2026.
YDC continues under the auspices of CEO Clubs Greece, within the same legal and operational framework, with its values unchanged: trust, collaboration, inclusion and continuous development. At the same time, the role of the team supporting the Club is being strengthened. Effie Routzaki assumes an expanded role as Partnerships and Community Director, while Dimitris Michopoulos continues as Executive Vice President. Georgia Kartsanis will now focus on the rapidly growing CEO Clubs Greece and SARGIA Partners.
Alex Athanassoulas is a founding member and Vice President of CEO Clubs Greece, and President & CEO of STIRIXIS Group, an international group specialising in strategy, design and project management which, since 1996, has completed more than 900 projects in nearly 30 countries and received more than 60 international distinctions. He is also President of SBC Greece, the national member of the World Green Building Council.
