Alex & Elena
Alexandros Athanassoulas and Elena Kyrnassiou-Athanassoula founded STIRIXIS Group in 1996, building both a business and a long-term partnership grounded in shared values, trust, and a clear approach to leadership.
Together, they shape how decisions are made, how challenges are approached, and how responsibility is carried across the organizations they lead. Alex focuses on systems thinking, strategic foresight, and innovation, while Elena, through her perspective “Aesthetics Create Ethics,” explores how environments and decisions influence behavior, trust, and long-term impact.
