Perrigo Greece needed to relocate their Athens branch headquarters to a new space — a highly complex project requiring simultaneous handling of office relocation, architectural design, branding, and construction. The brief demanded the new office be operational quickly, within strict budgetary constraints and time limitations. Construction took place in a shared building, requiring careful noise management to avoid disrupting neighbouring tenants. The space also needed to reflect Perrigo’s global brand strategy and identity as a 130-year-old leader in OTC healthcare, while creating a genuinely engaging environment for their team.

STIRIXIS designed a joyous, open plan environment built to increase employee interaction and boost productivity. Wood flooring, mild aesthetic touches on the walls, colourful chairs and decorations, and full-height glass walls allow natural light to wash over the entire area, creating a sense of warmth and openness without sacrificing professionalism. Brand strategy was embedded throughout: Perrigo’s values, identity, and philosophy are echoed in every element of the environment. Distinct spatial zones respond to all work needs — a brainstorming “play room”, relaxation space, formal meeting rooms, soundproofed phone booths, and open kitchen areas — balancing community and collaboration with the privacy required for concentration and confidential work.

The project was delivered on time as a practical, unique, and welcoming concept that was a perfect match for the client’s needs. The design was recognised with the 5-Star Best Office Space Interior Design Greece award at the European Property Awards 2016–2017 in London, confirming the quality and impact of the solution. The space successfully brought Perrigo’s brand to life for their Greek team while establishing a high-performance, human-centred working environment.
