A property in the northern suburbs of Athens required a comprehensive and highly technical renovation to bring it into a new era. The existing facade, insulation, and windows had aged, and the surrounding garden and pool areas lacked the harmony and character the residents deserved. The project demanded not only architectural and technical expertise, but a creative vision capable of transforming the home’s exterior and outdoor spaces into a serene, elegant retreat; one that would feel entirely renewed while remaining true to the property’s character.

The facade received a fresh coat of paint, thermal insulation, and new windows, giving the home a youthful and distinctive look. The surrounding garden and pool areas were redesigned entirely from scratch: sitting areas, pool area layout, and the selection of plants and flowers were all reconsidered. Garden furniture and pool furniture were carefully chosen to deliver the final touch, creating spaces full of tranquility and harmony.
