The client had recently purchased an apartment in Ilioupoli that was still under construction; an empty canvas waiting to be transformed. They envisioned a home that would not only meet their needs but also reflect their personal style and standards. The brief was open in some ways and demanding in others: the client did not have a very clear vision, yet they wanted a space that was functional, comfortable, and stylish, while making the most of the apartment’s budget and footprint. The design had to translate an evolving vision into a coherent, tangible home, and frame the beautiful views the apartment offered without overwhelming them.

STIRIXIS Residential chose an architectural design that combines clean, simple lines and shapes with contrasting colors and finishes, aligned with the client’s lifestyle and personal style. Clean, simple lines, forms, and shapes deliver a sleek and modern look. A monochromatic color scheme was used in combination with warm wood, offering a balanced and harmonious atmosphere. Smooth textures and simple patterns were added to give depth without overwhelming the space. Atmospheric lighting was strategically placed to enhance the mood and functionality of each room.
