STIRIXIS Group revitalized DAIKIN Hellas’ retail concept, reflecting the brand’s growth and innovations. The design integrates sleek displays, interactive zones, and the “Sound Experience Booth,” enhancing engagement. Natural elements, soft lighting, and ergonomic layouts create a welcoming ambiance, aligning with DAIKIN’s values of quality and sustainability. This refreshed concept reaffirms DAIKIN’s dedication to innovation while elevating the customer experience.
STIRIXIS Group first designed DAIKIN Hellas’ retail concept in 2016. Eight years on, the brand had grown, its product range had expanded, and HVAC technology had advanced significantly. The challenge was to extend the lifecycle of the original concept — which had resonated strongly with both B2B professionals and B2C end customers — without abandoning what had made it successful. The refreshed concept needed to reflect DAIKIN’s evolution, introduce immersive product interaction opportunities, and bring the brand’s commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability more visibly into the store experience.
STIRIXIS preserved the core principles of the original design while introducing carefully considered enhancements. Sleek product displays and targeted lighting spotlight DAIKIN’s full range, while interactive zones — including the “Sound Experience Booth” and “Multi-DHW Corner” — enable visitors to engage with products in an immersive, hands-on way. Digital displays provide intuitive information touchpoints without overwhelming the visual environment. The store’s ambiance — clean lines, soft lighting, wooden details, and natural light flow — fosters warmth and sophistication. Every component, from reception desk to product panel, applies ergonomic principles to ensure comfort and ease. The refreshed concept is now in roll-out across the DAIKIN Hellas network.
The updated design reinforces DAIKIN’s brand identity and showcases their dedication to innovation, making each store visit a cohesive, interactive journey that reflects both the brand’s growth and its enduring values. The refreshed concept successfully extends the lifecycle of an already proven retail format, bringing it forward into a new era of HVAC retail while maintaining the consistency that DAIKIN Hellas and their customer base rely on.
