STIRIXIS PopUps & Events designed and delivered the exhibition stand for Drone Solutions at DEFEA 2021 — the first DEFense Exhibition Athens — held on 13–15 July 2021 at the Metropolitan Expo Centre near Athens International Airport. The stand gave the Greek UAS specialist a bold, professional platform at Greece’s inaugural high-level international defence show, presenting its turn-key drone solutions to a military, institutional, and industry audience.

Drone Solutions needed to make a strong first impression at DEFEA 2021, the inaugural international defence and security exhibition in Greece, attended by high-level military, government, and industry delegates from across Europe and beyond. The stand had to communicate the company's positioning as a serious, credible provider of turn-key UAS solutions — innovation, integration, and after-sale service — within the high-stakes, technically demanding environment of a defence expo. The design had to balance impact and authority, presenting complex defence-grade technology in a clear, accessible, and visually compelling format.

STIRIXIS created a fully realised exhibition stand for Drone Solutions that combined a commanding physical presence with structured product display and meeting functionality. The stand featured a bold branded fascia carrying the Drone Solutions identity prominently, with clean white architecture and contrasting dark panelling that conveyed precision and professionalism in line with the defence sector aesthetic. Display zones showcased the company's UAS portfolio — including ground robots and aerial systems — with clear sightlines from the aisle. The stand also incorporated a digital display screen for content presentation and a defined meeting or consultation area, enabling the Drone Solutions team to engage visitors in focused conversations. The overall design communicated the brand's core proposition — turn-key solutions, innovation, integration, and state-of-the-art service — in a stand built for a high-security, high-visibility environment.

Drone Solutions participated successfully at DEFEA 2021, presenting its full range of UAS capabilities to an international defence audience at Greece's first dedicated defence exhibition.
