Pressious Arvanitidis needed to relocate its company headquarters and create an entirely new extrovert concept — combining a new production site, offices, showroom, exhibition area, commercial kitchen, conference room, and reception, all within a single building on one of the busiest avenues in Athens. The multi-use brief was clearly demanding: the project had to reflect the company’s brand image, deliver a strong return on investment, and transform a standalone building into an attractive, visible landmark. At the same time, it needed to redefine the workplace experience for employees, improve collaboration and performance, and establish the printing company as a flagship in its sector.

The business had scale, but lacked a differentiated retail expression and a system that could support consistent growth across locations. The challenge was to redefine the brand experience and create a concept that could compete, connect, and scale.

STIRIXIS Group engaged across Concept Strategy, Concept Design, and Concept Execution. The office layout balances open-plan collaboration with areas of privacy and focus, reflecting corporate values through a minimal yet colourful identity. For the ground floor, an ultra-versatile industrial design was created — visible concrete elements, metal pipes for cabling, and seamless terrazzo dominating the interior. The façade was fully reclad with energy-efficient materials, all window frames and glazing replaced, and a distinctive two-sided extruded shell surface added at the building’s corner to create a landmark effect on Kifisias Avenue. State-of-the-art technology was integrated, including Signify’s first application in SE Europe of trulifi — fast, secure data transmission through light.
