TÜV AUSTRIA Academy needed to bring its training centres into a new era of education — across multiple cities in Greece, including Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion (Crete), and Mytilini. Each location had to reflect the Academy’s pioneering educational identity while meeting the distinct functional demands of professional training: flexible classrooms, seminar rooms, collaborative breakout zones, and administrative spaces. The spaces also needed to support hybrid learning models, embed accessibility and inclusivity, and carry a consistent architectural language that extended the Academy’s dynamic brand beyond its urban flagship.

The business had scale, but lacked a differentiated retail expression and a system that could support consistent growth across locations. The challenge was to redefine the brand experience and create a concept that could compete, connect, and scale.

STIRIXIS Group designed the new TÜV AUSTRIA Academy spaces across all four locations through integrated Concept Design and Concept Execution services. Each academy was thoughtfully crafted to combine functionality with identity — modern, human-centred environments serving as hubs of continuous professional development. Environmental graphics, colour codes inspired by clarity and progress, and design choices supporting focus and flexibility define the spatial experience. Fully equipped classrooms, seminar rooms, breakout and lounge zones, and administrative offices were tied together with a consistent architectural language that embodies TÜV AUSTRIA Academy’s values of excellence and innovation.
